Jo van der Meer, an upcoming DJ with German-Dutch roots, started her career in early 2023 and quickly made waves in Hamburg’s electronic music scene. After learning various instruments in her youth, she discovered her passion for electronic music and has since focused on DJing and producing. Her distinctive style blends Afro and Melodic House with elements of Groove and Tech House, characterized by powerful basslines and uplifting, groovy rhythms. Despite her recent start, Jo has already performed at top venues like Nikki Tiger, Café Schöne Aussichten, and Fundbureau, as well as festivals such as Noisy Festival and Oldenbora. With her unique sound and growing reputation, Jo van der Meer is an artist to watch closely.
